Remember the photo in the article Productive Days At The Amazon Golf Course showed green #6 covered in sand with no grass showing? The photo below shows what it looked like Oct. 31st. Quite an improvement.

There are 15 of these lovely little ficus saplings lining the boundary between the road and the Amazon Golf Course.

We need for some of our members to step up and donate $300 to paint the clubhouse. If three of you kicked in $100 apiece it would be fairly painless.
It is worth coming out to the Amazon Golf Course on Saturday to eat lunch at the Arapaima Gigus Restaurant, only a few hundred meters past the golf course. They catch and clean a paiche every Saturday and serve up the best ceviche in the world.
